The All-Wabash Valley Martial Arts Association was created through collaboration -- not bureaucracy.
AWVMAA is an informal partnership between local martial arts schools that came together with one shared goal: to give our students, especially our kids, a positive, respectful, and exciting tournament experience.
Rather than operating as an official governing body, AWVMAA exists to support cooperation between dojos, encourage sportsmanship, and create opportunities for students to test their skills in a safe and welcoming environment.
Our first collaboration brought together three dojos from the Wabash Valley area to host a student-focused martial arts tournament. What started as a single event became something bigger -- a shared commitment to our students, our families, and the martial arts community.
