"Here at Strate's Martial Arts we believe in fun fitness discipline that achieves real results.

Our classes are ran by Taekwondo Martial Artists with a combined experience of over 45 years in the industry.

Our classes are suitable for most ages and abilities and will be enjoyed by all. Our facility where we are located at has a select range of resistance machines, a pool, track feild, and free weights that we are able to use from time to time.

We also offer free on-site parking and a team of qualified teachers to help you achieve your goals."

Our pricing is $7.00 for YMCA members and $12.00 for Non-YMCA members.  The prices are for each class the students attend.  If you are a first time ask us or print the voucher to join our class.  When you come to class for a second time you will have to report to the YMCA's front desk to get a punch card.

During testing for the next belt level the student will have a fee that they must pay.  The testing fee which includes two or all of the following; belt, the test itself, savings for equipment, and wooden boards for breaking.
